How many and what color

Symbolism is the mark of a masterpiece, one action with multiple meanings. To plan the span of the universe, amazing, to plan the span of the universe with hidden themes, meanings and patterns that can only be seen once they have passed by... that's Godly.

we are all entitled to our beliefs... and there's not really much we can use as evidence to validate them either way. I mean, all of this is contingent on the belief that the Creator does exist in the first place, and secondly that those of us that believe we are incarnate Angels, actually are.

Very true indeed. We can argue all we want about specifics, but nothing can come of it. At least not at this juncture. I'm sure it won't be terribly long before we know things for sure. (and by, not long, I mean, by angelic standards. Could still be life times, or it could be a week from now. Who knows.)

It would seem I vary from a single set to three (sets), depending on the type of work i'm doing astrally. Clairvoyants will tend to see one pair from my physical form. My colors are white and silver with green towards the edges.

Concerning the color of wings, I personally feel that every color has both positive and negative connotations. Depictions of angels within many sects range from all white to an almost rainbow-esque luminessence. I do however feel just like an aura, the energetic emanation of wings can dim/darken or luminate/brighten depending on several factors that are quite specific to the individual. I would also like to add that color association is very culturally-biased and when we view something with our mind's eye, sometimes the colors are not as much literal as they are an interpretive color...ie it's popular to associate white and gold with divinity, so if a person is particularly spirited...they're oftentimes viewed with a corresponding aura color....when indigo is also a rather spiritual color (to many)

So in conclusion, i simply feel that wing colors are moreso a key to identity than a tattoo or markings of angelic wrongdoings though i also understand it to be a case-by-case basis. Moreover, i would personally watch how the energy flows...whether it is a strong current or if it 'palpitates', the brilliance vs opaqueness, and how physical or 'heavy' they seem vs light and surreal.

Colors can indeed be an indicator of specific Angels. We can find in theology many Angels identified by very distinctive patterns and colors of wings. I have found, however, few patterns to a purpose for these except that Angels dealing with death tend to manifest black wings when "at work," and that the Seraphim Choir are uniformly the six wings and a pair of eyes type Angel when in true form.

I agree that many of the things we identify Angels by is chiefly by mind's eye. The mind always attempts to fill in the blanks. which is why shadows play tricks on your eyes from time to time. I believe if an angel appeared to various people, the Christian, Jew or Muslim would see something similar to an Angel, whereas the Buddhist might see a Bodhisattva.

Myself... I'm only certain of one pair. At times I've sensed another pair, but not often enough for me to say it isn't just a fluke (for all I know, it could be lady-cramps). As for colour, they're a very, very pale blue.

I've been in rows about wing colour before, and I'm still not on board with the idea that black or dark markings of "taint" are always so. Sometimes those streaks or spots can be more personality than trespass. *shrug*

2 pairs of wings... (lol yay for being a cherub)
they're sort of greenish-teal, with a few bits of silver and blue here and there, much like really deep water...
i think the wingspan is pretty much like my height, though i'm not sure if i remember correctly...
let's see...i ususally think i'm about 7 or 8 feet tall (ya, i'm short, even when i'm not in this midgety body), so wingspan would be about 14', i think.... *not really sure still*

Oh, I don't know. Wing colour is just that. It doesn't tell you who you are. You'd still be you with a different colour. White wings have a sort of majesty that others don't seem to hold. I think they're nice looking.

Fun times! ^^ Do you happen to have any eyes in them? Out of general curiousness. Mine have changed with time. I noticed a slight varience in the "gold" ness. The top par are darkest, the middle have a mid tone to them and the bottom pair are lightest. But the eyes on them are all equal looking. Wonder if that's God trying to tell me something ^^.

If I do I dont notice them, but then again I cant always look at them. well, since they are behind me. lol.
