Hello, I'm new here on the forum and relatively new to this idea (in all honesty). My name is Leah, and though I'm not sure if I am angelkin I know that I am not mundane.
At around eleven years old I lost the majority of my memories from my childhood that connected me to my family. I remembered the basics of how my family was run, who the people were, and the other basic learned skills every young person knows at that age. But when people talked about me and doing certain things it was as if I was hearing a story. I would constantly say I remember, but all of those memories are like I'm watching the events from someone else's sight.
When I turned twelve I began having dreams. Vivid dreams that were very similar to reality but based in different realms and with different people. I wouldn't mention this as important, but I had a few dreams (very few) about my family and those dreams nearly always came true. I lived those first few fresh years in almost constant feelings of de-ja-vu. It wasn't until a gentle presence started staying by my side every night that the dreams stopped.
About a year ago they returned (not nearly as dynamic as before) and I wasn't afraid as I once was. I thought maybe I was a wicca at first, so I meddled and only the ancient gods held my attention, I thought for a while, maybe I'm a shaman because of my native american bloodlines, but that idea fell through the ice shortly after. I became aware of other abilities too. If I concentrated I could feel other people before they came to my door in the morning, or if i closed my eyes I could see the energy (as I saw it a white glow) where my hands were (even if I moved them the light followed behind my eyelids.) After a few months I started having flashes of memories locked into buildings by other people (at school and public places) and if I was in a secluded space outside I could sometimes feel a strong pulse from the earth.
I don't know exactly what I am, but I know that most mundane people don't experience these things (from who I've asked) so I know I at least don't fall into said category.
I know that I'm open to all ideas so that I can find my own answers out of the theories other people make, so if you have any thoughts about it I'm more than open to hear them. Also, I'd like very much to learn about every angelkin to further understand, but that will take a lot of time and I probably already asked too much...
But I hope to also make new friends while on this forum. :]
