I'm not sure if this question has been posed elsewhere, but I'd like to get others' thoughts on this.
Do your wings ever hurt you physically? If so, what do you do to remedy the problem (if anything)?
I have mentioned before that I have two pairs in the 'how many' topic. Normally, it only feels like a pressure/phantom limb that extends beyond the body. They usually tingle, and I can even feel "phantom" nerves and bones connecting into my spine and fibrous tissue around my back/shoulder blades/shoulders and even extending down into my arms at times. Occasionally (at least once a day) they become quite painful, especially when it throbs.

I agree stretching them alway helps me. I have painful moments as well.

I have painful moments as well, but usually its something trying to rip my wings out, which happens a lot when I try to meditate, or try to remember past lives. I seem to get attacked psychically quite a bit, but recently things have started to try to rip my wings out and so on... So what I've had to do is create a protective barrier around myself.

Along with the stretching my wings, I like to go outside if possible, because there's more space to stretch my wings and I've found the very mild wind is kinda nice.
