I would prefer that you have had at least some experience as staff on boards before, and you aren't allowed to go around the forum rules just because you are Staff. The rules apply to everyone, and there will be no exceptions.
If you are made a Staff member with a specific purpose, you will only be able to fill out that purpose.
Also, I do not plan on over-staffing the website. We need more active members to have more Staff members...

Administrator - Access to all functions.
Graphics - This includes making skins and any other images that may be applicable to the website, including avatars and signatures.
Coding - HTML coding. You will also need to join My Test Board if you want to do coding. My Test Board has all the codes seen here so that compatibility between codes and the Hack Manager.
