Familiars?

Just curious about it. Witches have them but do you guys have a special something that follows you from life to life either in the physical, astral or both?

For me, there's Marimaru (the name in Japanese means "Truth Circle" depending on the kanji). Interesting story on how I acquired him but needless to say he's been a vessel of sorts, leading me forward to greater states. I have a lot to thank him for, but I think that's a mutual feeling between the two of us. ^^.

Hum can I just say too many imaginary companions to be sure whom of them is my familiar. Comparable to Marimaru would be a western like riding dragon black to purpel scales, however I don't have a name for him and when he tells me what he says turns into static.
