A month or two ago...I traveled astrally to a place....I never want to go to again. I was frightened there, even with my escort, and that is bad, because I know he can protect me from just about anything. :/
This place was some form of marble palace...very nice...but...there was a strange pressence to it. But that isn't what frightened me.
There was thins room, with a swirling pathway starting in the center of the room, elevated, and swirling downwards until flush with the floor. It had deep running water along side the path, and on the path itself...were what I thought at first to just be really good wax sculptures of angels ranging from infant age to elderly.
It took me a moment to realize...but...they weren't statues. They were living, well, conscious, angels.
The angels' bodies had been turned completely to wax, their souls/consciousness still sealed inside, unable to get out. They couldn't speak, and were so drained of energy they couldn't even commincate mentally. You could just tell they were conscious.
Every angel there was one with simply one pair of wings...And the man...or whatever he was...that had done this...was extremely interested in me and my wings, seeming to think I had more power due to the number of wings I have, and he wanted to draw off it.
I think I only got away because my escort was strong enough to banish me from the astral plane in time.
I was wondering what anyone might think this means...what the person is trying to do... Or if something simmilar has happened to them

Well there are many pockets of space and bad things that happen on the astral (btw do you know someone Named Elizibeth? I went an astralling and found somene who looked a bit like your avatar person with many, many gaurds.) I can invision the place you're speaking of, I'll see what I can do (I gots the hook up  ) |

I don't know someone named Elizibeth, but my avatar character is my alter-ego in my writings, my main character, appearance based off of me. I actually have a drawing I did somewhere around with the twelve wings all out. I should find that...
If you need any more details of what the place looked like, I can easily give them to you. ^^

I think your avatar/sig keyed me in to someone else (I mean there are billions of things in the astral, two are bound to look similar at the very least  ) As for those angels and that being, based on the level of transformation I'd say we're dealing with a weaver or something that acts like one. I'm part weaver myself, and as such I can convert one form of energy to another to the point where you'd never know what it originally was. I could get those beings back to normal but I'd need time and While that being wont mess with me I'd sure it wouldn't take kindly to me messing with its little wax statues... |

Like an astral mafia?
Personally I take everything in the Astral with a grain of salt, there is very little of the Astral we are able to get to while tied to our Human bodies, what you have described appears very much to be one of the lower planes and could quite possibly be a manifestation of subconscious fears you may have.

ask gabriel, or raphael or metatron to help you, they are good fighters and smart(gabriel isnt very smart, he is only good at making jokes).
and i never heard of that place when i go astral i am always in heaven, with metatron and the rest of the gang, we are good friends.
but i will go there, but there is a chance it was your temple you must overcome.
i have succeed the tempel, if you win your powers will rise very much. your powers will even be doubled.

All depends if they are available or deem it worthy. Tempel... doubling powers... News to me, especially being most wouldn't incarnate here if they were so young as to have not passed those rights of passage.
Being in heaven whenever you're astral doesn't seem to make much sense, being that you have to travel through them all to get back to your body.

vampire's angel, what you've brought up is certainly not anything i've encountered yet...before i say anything could you perhaps repost with any new developments, if it's not something that you've encountered since then...being a bit over a month, i would guess that it's not worth revisiting if you were that shaken-up and unable to control whatever the situation may have been
Redeemer, i'll help you keep quiet if you do the same for me....once again i'm with terro (the astral is always sketchy, though i keep the philosophy of always skeptical, yet never cynical....i would also like to add the astral plane (in my research and experience) is on a different 'wavelength' from a divine plane....

Could have just been a place where angelics came to manifest... nearly powerless, encased in wax, governed by man... seems potentially very metaphoric for the physical condition. Perhaps you were remembering how you came here in the first place, or perhaps you are dealing with a fear of being trapped and powerless by something.
While scary, it dosnt necessarily sound malicious. Again, its hard to understand if it really was a astral encounter, and harder still if it was a manifestation of your subconcious.

*much emphatic nodding* well said. She (for that's how i seem to remember Gabriel...some people also remember Gabriel as male *shrugs*) was quite a joker...but ask her a serious question, and WOW did she give a really deep, unexpected answer...
and as for the one who insulted Gabriel's intelligence: shame on you. SHAME. we are all mature here, let's try not to be blatantly disrespectful of those who, for the moment (i think), aren't present to defend themselves against such slander. *shakes head*
