Well I just found out a few days ago that I'm not an angelkin, but I would still like to stay in this group. You're all very nice here, which is sometimes hard to find. So let me explain myself. When I was about 13-14 I did a spell to summon a demon, in turn binding him to me. After years of dealing with that as in finaly getting rid of him when I was 24(I'm 25 now) I found I still have some of his powers and hungers. And now as of a few days ago, so bear with me on this one. Some friends of mine and myself were doing a spell, and while I was in deep concentration a spider spirit/totem whatever came to me talked to me and then proceeded to crawl into my mouth and bind itself to me. But this is great, I now have the abbility to spin spectral webs(wish they could be physical ) and I can also mess around with the strands of spectral reality(again need to work on the physical ) But it has also come with a strange hunger for magical energy. Like I just want to drain anything with magical energy. So thats me, and I hope I can stay in this group. Talk to ya later.

So as for what to classify myself as I'm not sure. I know I need magical energy, so I guess vampire would be the best classification.

Interesting tale, though in my opinion that falls you under psychic vampire specifically, but that's only if you actually require the energy. Liking it and wanting to consume it is like me liking burger king, needing it to survive is like me actually not getting a life necessary sustenance except by eating burger king products.

Vampire itself is a very broad term, so one must be a bit more specific in the nature of Vampirism, be it:
Sanguine
Psychic
Sexual
Classical/Ageless
Inheritor

I personally don't believe in the Classical/Ageless Vampires, but I wouldn't be surprised very much if they did exist.

I haver discovered that I need the energy, I get very ill without it.

sounds like Vampirism to me. Have you tried things like fresh fruit, the prana contained within serves to help satisfy that need.

No I haven't, does that work for cravings with magical energy as well not just pranic energy? Because I'll tell ya normal everyday mundane pranic energy doesn't do anything for me, it has to be strong like from a ritual, or something. Demonic energy, angelic, practioner something with a little more oomph if ya get my drift.

Energy is energy, hell Prana even satisfies the energy craving of sanguine Vampires to a degree. You may not get all the energy you need from a single apple, but you get energy.

The manifestations of Vampirism do not dictate the types of energy one must consume, only the preferred method by which energy is consumed.

sorry i was gone for a while. i was off discovering myself. at first i had thought that i was an angel kin, but then i had thought that the spells i had done had made me what i am, but then i... after a long discovery process realized that i am an angel kin, but only half. so i would be a nephelim kin.
the reason i doubted in the first place is it didn't feel quite right being full angel, but at the same time i have never quite felt fully human. but after some long searching i have found that i am half angel.

Interesting, though I seem to qualify the Nephilim as less "half-Angel" and more on the "something completely different" list. I am glad you have found something that rings true for yourself.
