Protecting others

I had come to the realization recently. I use my wings not only to protect myself, but to protect others as well. Very specifically, another angel that I have "taken under my wing" per say. lol Before, I had never thought of using my wings for anything other than personal protection.

Have any of you done the same?

same as I would with a shield, it's a major function of the wings (I'm not sure if that's intended or not), they are very large, very effective shields.

I've done it before (haveing two sets to spare is pretty fun) Also, people can summon my astral seld or a phantom image of my astral self if I give them permission (like two people have that). They've said they've felt my wings near them when they do it, and anything that's attacking them (so long as its low-level) will leave them alone. It makes me feel good that I'm not, you know,. useless XD.

I hardly ever bothered manifesting wings unless i was in scary form or some officious little angel thought i shouldn't be where i was.

yeah, i do this too. I dont know any angel that doesnt use thier wings to shiled themselfs and those around them.

I sometimes wonder if its the reason I always end up being the outside part of the spoon (when cuddling) even though the girl is supposed to be on the inside.

My protector in fact so yeah. Thats an interesting notion there cute.
